These eight covenants govern the whole OrthoTruss Clinical Suite — Studio, Studio Advanced, and Practice Conductor — plus every wedge built on top of them.
Prices are published.
Every product, every price, no quotes, no sales calls. If you have to ask what something costs, that's our bug, not our sales strategy.
This covers price discovery only. Some discounts require a one-time eligibility check (residency affiliation, prior-purchase proof); these are published with a stated turnaround, never a negotiation.
Free means forever.
Every free tier is a complete product with its own name, never a demo, a trial clock, or a nag screen.
This describes Imaging. It is not a description of a lapsed Suite subscription: the perpetual-use fallback in covenant 4 is a paid product with a floor on how far it degrades, not a free tier.
No patient caps. Ever.
No per-patient fees, no volume tiers, no caps on care, at any tier, in any product.
You keep what you have.
Studio Advanced and Practice Conductor are subscriptions — but if you cancel, or simply stop paying, the version you already have keeps running, with full access to all your data. We do not revoke licences for non-payment. Only new features and support pause. The licence check fails open: if it cannot reach us, the software keeps working rather than locking you out. Security and critical patches stay free for everyone, subscribed or not, for as long as the operating system it runs on is supported.
Every price answers two questions:
What does it buy, and what happens the day you stop paying. Published per product (see the table below).
Your data leaves with you.
Full export in open formats, one click, free, at any tier, even if you're leaving us.
Subscribers are never burned.
Price increases are rare, announced at least 90 days in advance, and take effect only at your next renewal. For as long as you stay continuously subscribed, your cumulative increase will never exceed cumulative inflation since the day you joined. If you lapse and return, you pay the current published price (see the two subscriptions, below).
Sponsors buy introductions, never influence.
And never exist inside clinical software.
OrthoTruss Studio
A complete clinical imaging and records program that runs alongside any PMS. Unlimited patients, providers, and workstations, at no cost, with no trial clock and no nag screen: this is the free tier the constitution's covenant 2 describes.
Studio has no schedule and no billing. It is a clinical imaging and records program, not the complete daily workflow. It is also the trial: there is no separate demo mode to sign up for.
Two subscriptions.
Take either, or both.
Studio stays free whatever you do. Beyond it there are exactly two paid subscriptions, and they are deliberately independent: a surgical practice can take the clinical one without buying a practice-management system it does not want, and a practice that only needs scheduling and billing never pays for surgical planning it will not open.
OrthoTruss Studio Advanced
Per office location. Adds the advanced clinical work to free Studio.

OrthoTruss Practice Conductor

Neither subscription is on sale yet. Studio is free and available today. Studio Advanced and Practice Conductor are published here so the price is known before it is asked for, but there is no checkout behind these buttons: they join a waitlist. We would rather publish the price early than quote it privately later.
If you cancel, or simply stop paying

One physical address, one licensed installation. Unlimited patients, providers, and LAN workstations at that address, at no extra charge. A satellite or second site, even under the same practice, owner, or PMS instance, is a separate location at the same published price.

Every OrthoTruss price answers two questions: what it buys, and what happens the day you stop paying. Here is the second answer, for every product, in one place.

The two subscription rows above describe the perpetual-use fallback in covenant 4, not a free tier. A frozen paid subscription is what you are left with if you stop paying — it is not a second way to get Studio Advanced or Conductor for nothing. Free Studio, in the first row, is the free tier, and it is free whether you have ever subscribed to anything or not.
